Hospitech is an integrated medical devices provider specialising in the design, development, value-added manufacturing and distribution of medical devices. In addition, Hospitech is also an independent service provider of Ethylene Oxide (EtO) sterilization, primarily for medical devices.
Hospitech Marketing Sdn Bhd (HMKT) was established in 1985 as a distribution company of generic medical devices and critical care devices. During the early years, HMKT started only with a small range of medical products, focused primarily on generic medical devices. In anticipation of an increase in local demands for generic medical disposables devise, Hospitech Manufacturing Services Sdn Bhd (HMFG) was formed and became its manufacturing division in 1998. Subsequently, in 2000, HMFG commenced manufacturing of critical care medical devices.
In 2009 change of ownership by Private Equity which composed of Proventeus which hold 65% of share. Currently, 100% of share the ownership structure have been hold by Proventeus and there are 348 employees employed under medical division companies. On 2014, Hospitech Marketing Sdn Bhd (HMKT) have change its name to Aureumaex Medicare Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd (AMM).
Presently, Hospitech manufactures a large family of disposable medical devices which consist of generic and critical care medical devices under the HOSPITECH™ brand. Hospitech has an EtO sterilisation facility which is ISO 11135:2014 certified. This facility is supported by its fully automated in-house developed EtO Control System (ECS).

Quality Assurance
Continuous quality improvement program is implemented in Hospitech to ensure that our products are manufactured according to state of the art quality processes and practices. Stringent control is practiced at every stages of manufacturing which includes raw material testing, in process, sterilization and outgoing final inspection.
Presently, Hospitech manufactures a large family of disposable medical devices which consist of generic and critical care medical devices under the HOSPITECH™ brand. Hospitech has an EtO sterilisation facility which is ISO 11135:2014 certified. This facility is supported by its fully automated in-house developed EtO Control System (ECS).
Hospitech has obtained its certifications for ISO 13485: 2016 from SGS United Kingdom Ltd Systems Services Certification (SGS UK) as well as CE mark for some of its medical devices.

The activities of Hospitech are divided into two (20 key business divisions, namely the manufacturing services division and the sales and marketing divisions, highlighted as follows:
Through its effort in R&D, which was supported by the high demand for medical devices in both domestic and international markets, Hospitech is able to offer large family of medical devices which are manufactured and designed in-house. Hospitech manufacturing capabilities include design, development, value-added manufacturing, and distribution of medical devices as well as other independent services such as in-house EtO sterilization and EtO validation services for 3rd Party Products, packaging and testing of medical devices.
Hospitech manufactures a comprehensive range of medical devices including the ability to customise critical care medical devices such as Heart Lung Pack and other surgery products. These products are widely used
in clinics, hospitals (emergency rooms and operating rooms) and medical institutions. In addition, Hospitech has developed its own VCIS which is central to design and customisation of its products.
Hospitech manufactures and distributes its medical devices under the brand name of HOSPITECH TM. Hospitech’s manufacturing services are divided into four (4) categories, as follows;
ETO STERILIZATION SERVICES
Hospitech provides independent EtO sterilization services for its customers. The medical devices are sterilized in accordance to ISO 11135 standards. The sterilization facility is fully automated with EtO Control
system (ECS) which is developed in-house. At present, major customers of Hospitech for its EtO sterilization services are Biosensors International Pte Ltd and Top Glove Sdn Bhd.
PRINCIPAL MARKET
All the medical devices of Hospitech are distributed locally and internationally to customers in various parts of the world. Major customers of Hospitech are mainly from healthcare industry such as Government Hospital
(GH), private medical centre, private dialysis centre, Non-government organization (NGO) dialysis centre, clinics, medical institutions and pharmacy covering 13 states presently. The principal markets of the Hospitech are listed as follows:
